FAQ

Common Questions

Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?

Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. Softer settings and the right detergent do the work on siding and older wood, which is why every surface is not treated the same way.

How often should exterior surfaces be cleaned?

Moss and algae come back quickly on this part of the coast, and most properties benefit from a wash once a year.

Can pressure washing be booked alongside other work?

Yes. It is often done ahead of painting, staining, or a deck restoration so that the surface is clean before the next stage starts.

What do you need on site to do the work?

We bring the equipment. Access to an outdoor tap is what we ask for, and if a property cannot supply water we say so before the work is booked.
