Can you take on one room at a time?
- Yes. We work on individual rooms as well as whole properties, and phased work is planned so that each stage leaves the home liveable.
Can a wall be removed?
- Sometimes. We establish what a wall carries before anything is opened up, and where it turns out to be structural the beam and support work is planned rather than guessed at.
Do you work on rental and investment properties?
- Yes. Property owners, investors, and property managers are a regular part of our work, from turnover repairs to full upgrades ahead of a sale or a new tenancy.
How is a larger renovation priced?
- On a project basis, built from scope of work, project complexity, estimated project duration, and materials and supplies. Small repairs are billed at the hourly rate instead, and both are set out in your written estimate.
